Dahan River
The Dahan River (Chinese: ?????????; pinyin: D??h??n X??; Pe??h-??e-j??: T??i-h??n-khe, also spelled Tahan) is a river in northern Taiwan. It originates in Hsinchu County and then flows through Taoyuan City and New Taipei City for 135 km, before it joins Xindian River in Taipei to form the Tamshui River. The upper reaches of the Dahan are also known as Takekan Creek (Chinese: ????????????; Pe??h-??e-j??: To??-kho-kh??m-khe) or Taigang Creek (?????????).
