Latvia ( LAT-vee-??, sometimes LAHT-vee-??; Latvian: Latvija [??latvija] ), officially the Republic of Latvia, is a country in the Baltic region of Northern Europe. It is one of the three Baltic states, along with Estonia to the north and Lithuania to the south.
