Anne Lindboe. Anne Lindboe (born 1 August 1971) is a Norwegian paediatrician who is currently the mayor of Oslo since 2023. She previously served as the Norwegian Children's Ombudsman from 2012 to 2018. Early life, education and medical career Anne Lindboe grew up in Revetal, Vestfold. Her parents were teachers. As a young girl she sang in the Sandefjord Jentekor. She obtained the cand.med. (MD) degree at the University of Oslo in 2000, and also holds an MBA in Management from the Norwegian School of Economics. She was approved as a specialist in paediatrics in 2011. From 2008 to 2011, she was a consultant at Statens Barnehus Oslo, and from 2010 also a researcher at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health.
